You can request deletion of your Drooda account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how deletion works and lets signed-in users delete their account immediately.
How to delete your account
- Sign in to Drooda on the website or in the Drooda mobile app.
- On the web: open this page while signed in and confirm deletion below.
In the app: go to Settings → Delete Account. - Or email support@drooda.com from your registered email with the subject "Account deletion request".
What we delete
- Your profile (name, email, phone, avatar)
- Identity / KYC documents uploaded for verification
- Login credentials and social sign-in links for your account
- Notification preferences and saved session tokens
What may be retained
- Booking, payment, and dispute records needed for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or accounting obligations (typically up to 7 years where required)
- Anonymised / aggregated analytics that no longer identify you
Online deletion is usually completed immediately when you confirm below. Email requests are processed within 30 days.
